On Monday afternoon 6th November a full house gathered in the Animo, Alcalali, for Jalon Valley Help’s first fashion show of the autumn. This had required a huge JVH team effort, from JVH volunteers/Mo the Transport Manager/JVH Fund Raising Team, to get the hall ready with the seating, accessory stalls and the clothes arranged on racks ready for the models to display. JVH is very thankful for the tremendous community effort to ensure every seat was taken.
With the anticipation building the JVH models started their walks along the catwalk to the enthusiastic encouragement from the audience. Paul and Judy Carazzo lifted the mood with their energetic music, and JVH are particularly thankful to them both. As the different models paraded the clothes Gaz Browser and Emma Avery where capturing the magic of it all on film, and their pictures can be seen on the JVH website.
Jalon Valley Help is very grateful for the €1,000 which was raised by the event with the raffle and donations. This money will be put to the fund for buying more specialised medical beds, that are in much need by those being cared for at home.
